If the political advertising time is to be used by the candidate within 45 days of a primary or primary runoff election, or within 60 days of the general or special election, the charges below represent the lowest unit charge of the station for the same class and amount of time for the same period.

Where the use is by a person or entity other than the candidate, or by the candidate outside the aforementioned 45 to 60 day period, the regular rates will apply as shown on the general rate card.

The rates do not exceed rates for comparable use of other advertisers.
